Naisten voimaharjoittelun tutkimuksen erityispiirteet ja yksilölliset vasteet olivat vahvasti esillä Jyväskylän viimesyksyisessä voimakonferenssissa. Monissa esityksistä korostettiin, että voiman ja lihasmassan kasvattamisessa oleellisinta on pitkäjänteinen perusasioiden oikeintekeminen.
