dc.description.abstractEven though trust in organizations has become a popular research theme both in Finland and internationally, there has been rather little research on the phenomenon in cooperative organizations. It is therefore meaningful to study trust in co-operatives because cooperatives are people-centered organizations whose creation is influenced by the services needed by the community and the people and the trust between them. The purpose of this qualitative study is to increase understanding of trust in the context of values. The research data has been gathered by SALP research group by theme interviews at different levels of OP Financial Group. I conclude that trust occurs in many ways in the value discussion such as in the relationship between the bank and the customer, as well as identified as vertical and horizontal trust within the organization.en
