This research was composed as a case study for Educations.com Media Group (EMG). The company consists of Studentum AB and FindCourses Global. Educations.com Media Group is the market leader of education marketing in Northern Europe. The company is based in Sweden and has its headquarters in the heart of Stockholm. At the time when this research was carried out, EMG operated in seven different countries. The company is expanding its operations continuously. The purpose of this study was to assess the level of job satisfaction of the employees working for EMG. The study was built around seven different dimensions: you as an employee, your manager, your team, your work motivation, coping with work, your work environment and EMG as a company – the survey results were analyzed with the quantitative method. The results brought up altogether three strong positive themes. These themes described things that are working well in the company and things that make the employees satisfied within their work and work environment. The survey results showed also four strong negative themes, which indicate factors and areas that cause the employees dissatisfaction. According to the results the company should concentrate on making improvements to these specific areas. Based on the research it can be said that the level of job satisfaction in Educations Media Group is good, although there is still a need for some improvements in some areas. The company’s management should consider these areas and possible improvements carefully.en
