Supplementary data for the article "The effect of atmospherically relevant aminium salts on water uptake". Contains a database of cosmo files used in the COSMOtherm calculations presented in the article. The files are divided into TZVP, calculated at the BP/TZVP level of theory and TZVPD-FINE, calculated at the BP/TZVPD level of theory using Turbomole version 7.5.1. Cosmo files of water, alkylamines and alkylaminiums can be found from BIOVIA COSMObase 2021.

Supplementary data for the article "Machine Learning for Predicting Chemical Potentials of Multifunctional Organic Compounds in Atmospherically Relevant Solutions"
Hyttinen, Noora (2022)The data set contains the supplementary data of the article "Machine Learning for Predicting Chemical Potentials of Multifunctional Organic Compounds in Atmospherically Relevant Solutions" published in J. Phys. Chem. Lett., ... -
The effect of atmospherically relevant aminium salts on water uptake
Hyttinen, Noora (Copernicus GmbH, 2023)Atmospheric new particle formation is initiated by clustering of gaseous precursors, such as small acids and bases. The hygroscopic properties of those precursors therefore affect the hygroscopic properties of aerosol ... -
Emissions of atmospherically reactive gases nitrous acid and nitric oxide from Arctic permafrost peatlands
Bhattarai, Hem Raj; Marushchak, Maija E; Ronkainen, Jussi; Lamprecht, Richard E; Siljanen, Henri M P; Martikainen, Pertti J; Biasi, Christina; Maljanen, Marja (IOP Publishing, 2022)Soils are important sources of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrous acid (HONO) in the atmosphere. These nitrogen (N)-containing gases play a crucial role in atmospheric chemistry and climate at different scales because of reactions ... -
Modeling atmospheric aging of small-scale wood combustion emissions : distinguishing causal effects from non-causal associations
Leinonen, Ville; Tiitta, Petri; Sippula, Olli; Czech, Hendryk; Leskinen, Ari; Isokääntä, Sini; Karvanen, Juha; Mikkonen, Santtu (Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), 2022)Small-scale wood combustion is a significant source of particulate emissions. Atmospheric transformation of wood combustion emissions is a complex process involving multiple compounds interacting simultaneously. Thus, an ...
