Teknologian liiallisen käytön aiheuttama stressi eli teknostressi kuormittaa monia työssä ja vapaa-ajalla. Vaikka esimerkiksi sosiaalisen median käyttäminen tuntuu ihmisistä usein mukavalta, pitkän päälle se myös tuottaa stressiä, heikentää keskittymiskykyä ja vie energiaa muulta elämältä. Teknostressiä voi kuitenkin lievittää muutamalla yksinkertaisella keinolla.
