1965This research report consists of three parts, the first of which is a description of the set of problems under study, the second an account of the empirical investigation, and the third a discussion of the results obtained. The empirical investigation consists of two parts of which the latter must be regarded, in part, as a kind of cross-check of the former, even though it was primarily intended to supplement the first part. As to its general approach the investigation may be characterized as a psychometric.
