The dataset contains the original research data for the article "Determinants in the Phage Life Cycle: The Dynamic Nature of ssDNA Phage FLiP and Host Interactions Under Varying Environmental Conditions and Growth Phases."
The dataset includes measurement results in Excel spreadsheets from the following laboratory experiments describing phage and bacterial interactions and growth: adsorption assays, phage and bacterial growth and decay in infected cultures (26 hours and 77 days), biofilm assay, phage titer using different production methods and temperatures, one-step growth experiments, phage and bacterial adhesion to agar, bacterial growth at different temperatures, and the stability of phage infectivity at room temperature. Aineistosta löytyvät mittaustulokset Excel-taulukkoina seuraavista faagin ja bakteerin vuorovaikutuksia ja kasvua kuvaavista laboratoriokokeista: Adsorptiokokeet, faagin ja bakteerin kasvu ja säilyvyys infektoidussa viljelmässä (26 tuntia ja 77 vrk), biofilmikoe, faagin tiitteri eri tuottomenetelmillä ja eri lämpötiloissa, one-step kasvatuskokeet, faagin ja bakteerien kiinnittyminen agariin, bakteerien kasvu eri lämpötiloissa, faagin infektiokyvyn säilyvyys huoneenlämmössä.
