In two recent papers, we used the hadro-quarkonium model to study the properties of hidden-charm and bottom tetraquarks and pentaquarks. Here, we extend the previous results and calculate the masses of heavy-quarkonium-kaon/hyperon systems. We also compute the spectrum of hidden-charm and bottom tetraquarks with strangeness in the compact tetraquark (diquark-antidiquark) model. If heavy-light exotic systems with non-null strangeness content were to be observed experimentally, it might be possible to distinguish among the large variety of available theoretical pictures for tetra- and pentaquark states and, possibly, rule out those which are not compatible with the data.

Hidden Strange Nonchaotic Attractors
Danca, Marius-F.; Kuznetsov, Nikolay (MDPI AG, 2021)In this paper, it is found numerically that the previously found hidden chaotic attractors of the Rabinovich–Fabrikant system actually present the characteristics of strange nonchaotic attractors. For a range of the ... -
Spectrum of fully-heavy tetraquarks from a diquark+antidiquark perspective
Bedolla, M. A.; Ferretti, J.; Roberts, C. D.; Santopinto, E. (Springer, 2020)Using a relativized diquark model Hamiltonian, we calculate the masses of JPC=0++ ground-state tetraquarks in the following systems: bsb¯s¯, bbn¯n¯ (n=u,d), bbs¯s¯, ccc¯c¯, bbb¯b¯, bcb¯c¯ and bbc¯c¯. We also compute extensive ... -
A study of ccc¯c¯ tetraquark decays in 4 muons and in D(⁎)D¯(⁎) at LHC
Becchi, C.; Ferretti, Jacopo; Giachino, A.; Maiani, L.; Santopinto, E. (Elsevier, 2020)We perform a quantitative analysis of the decays of ccc¯c¯ tetraquarks with JPC=0++,2++ into 4 muons and into hidden- and open-charm mesons and estimate, for the first time, the fully charmed tetraquark decay width. The ... -
Quarkonium suppression in heavy-ion collisions: An open quantum system approach
Brambilla, Nora; Escobedo Espinosa, Miguel; Soto, Joan; Vairo, Antonio (American Physical Society, 2017)We address the evolution of heavy-quarkonium states in an expanding quark-gluon plasma by implementing effective field theory techniques in the framework of open quantum systems. In this setting we compute the nuclear ... -
Momentum anisotropy effects for quarkonium in a weakly coupled quark-gluon plasma below the melting temperature
Biondini, S.; Brambilla, N.; Escobedo Espinosa, Miguel; Vairo, A. (American Physical Society, 2017)In the early stages of heavy-ion collisions, the hot QCD matter expands more longitudinally than transversely. This imbalance causes the system to become rapidly colder in the longitudinal direction, and a local momentum ...
