M12_Microfluidics_for_CNT
Borovsky, Jan (University of Jyväskylä, 2018)The droplets exchanging in the trap causes visible scattering of the laser beam focused on the droplet. The obvious change of laser light intensity can be used for detection of droplet exchange. -
M11_Microfluidics_for_CNT
Borovsky, Jan (University of Jyväskylä, 2018)The subtle solubility of water in n-decane causes leaking of the droplet content. If the n-decane flows by static droplets, it carries the water slowly away up to the total disappearance of the droplets. -

Borovsky, Jan (University of Jyväskylä, 2018)Size and frequency of the droplets produced in T-junction as a function of continuous and disperse phase pressure ratio. -
M1_Microfluidics_for_CNT
Borovsky, Jan (2018)High-frequency droplet production in step-emulsification microfluidic device. The abrupt change in channel cross section causes creation of the droplets. The closely-packed droplets automatically order in hexagonal pattern. -
M14_Microfluidics_for_CNT
Borovsky, Jan (University of Jyväskylä, 2018)The CNT dispersion with low SDBS content allows stable droplet formation but leads to fast formation of CNT plugs in the hydrophobic channels. The selective channel surface treatment allows long-term stable functionality ...
