Competitive environment is constantly changing. In order to remain competitive and re-alize the organizational goals, organizations needs to develop the efficiency of supply chains. An effective supply chain needs to be adapted to company’s specific performance targets and overall strategy. That is why supply chain management and performance measurement are key strategic factors for organizations. In the competitive markets it is crucial for the organizations to constantly develop, monitor and evaluate their perfor-mance and actions. This study monitors the supply chain management and performance measures of the case company Hilti (Suomi) Oy. The theoretical framework consist of the two main theories: supply chain management and performance measurement. The study mainly concentrates on the cooperation with the logistic partner DB Schenker Oy and the lean management method Hilti Oy is using. With lean management Hilti Oy has managed to streamline processes and maintain quality. The part of the performance measurement introduces the key performance indicators Hilti Oy is using to achieve and maintain qual-ity and create sustainable value. Also the study shows how the lean management method appears in the performance measurement of Hilti Oy. The study found that the perfor-mance measurement of Hilti Oy has features from several performance measurement sys-tems.
