The relation of neutrino masses to neutrino oscillations and the nuclear double beta decay is highlighted. In particular, the
neutrinoless 𝛽+
𝛽+, 𝛽+EC, and resonant ECEC decays are investigated using microscopic nuclear models. Transitions to the ground
state and excited 0+ states are analyzed. Systematics of the related nuclear matrix elements are studied and the present status of the
resonant ECEC decays is reviewed.

Analysis of light neutrino exchange and short-range mechanisms in 0νββ decay
Deppisch, Frank F.; Graf, Lukas; Iachello, Francesco; Kotila, Jenni (American Physical Society (APS), 2020)Neutrinoless double beta decay (0νββ) is a crucial test for lepton number violation. Observation of this process would have fundamental implications for neutrino physics, theories beyond the Standard Model and cosmology. ... -
Theoretical predictions of wimp-nucleus and neutrino-nucleus scattering in context of dark matter direct detection
Pirinen, Pekka (University of Jyväskylä, 2018)The nature of dark matter is at present an open question. Assuming the main component of dark matter consists of weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs), directly detecting such particle via a scattering process ... -

(American Physical Society (APS), 2020)Double-beta processes play a key role in the exploration of neutrino and weak interaction properties, and in the searches for effects beyond the standard model. During the last half century many attempts were undertaken ...
