Abstract. In this Letter, comprehensive results on π ± ,K ± ,K 0 S ,p( ̄ p) and Λ( ̄ Λ) production at mid-rapidity (0 < y CMS < 0 . 5) in p–Pb collisions at √ s NN = 5 . 02 TeV, measured by the ALICE detector at the LHC, are reported. The transverse momentum distributions exhibit a hardening as a function of event multiplicity, which is stronger for heavier particles. This behavior is similar to what has been observed in pp and Pb–Pb collisions at the LHC. The measured p T distributions are compared to d–Au, Au–Au and Pb–Pb results at lower energy and with predictions based on QCD-inspired and hydrodynamic models.

Multiplicity dependence of (multi-)strange hadron production in proton-proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV ALICE Collaboration (Springer, 2020)The production rates and the transverse momentum distribution of strange hadrons at mid-rapidity (|y|<0.5) are measured in proton-proton collisions at s√ = 13 TeV as a function of the charged particle multiplicity, using ...
Multiplicity dependence of charged pion, kaon, and (anti)proton production at large transverse momentum in p–Pb collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV ALICE Collaboration (Elsevier BV * North-Holland, 2016)The production of charged pions, kaons and (anti)protons has been measured at mid-rapidity (−0.5 < y < 0) in p–Pb collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV using the ALICE detector at the LHC. Observation of a multiplicity dependence in the pT-differential charm baryon-to-meson ratios in proton–proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV ALICE Collaboration (Elsevier BV, 2022)The production of prompt D0, Ds+, and Λc+ hadrons, and their ratios, Ds+/D0 and Λc+/D0, are measured in proton–proton collisions at s=13 TeV at midrapidity (|y|<0.5) with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The measurements are ...
Measurement of charm and beauty production at central rapidity versus charged-particle multiplicity in proton-proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV ALICE Collaboration (Springer Berlin Heidelberg, 2015)Prompt D meson and non-prompt J/ψ yields are studied as a function of the multiplicity of charged particles produced in inelastic proton-proton collisions at a centreof-mass energy of √ s = 7 TeV. The results are reported ...
Dielectron and heavy-quark production in inelastic and high-multiplicity proton–proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV ALICE Collaboration (Elsevier B.V., 2019)The measurement of dielectron production is presented as a function of invariant mass and transverse momentum (pT) at midrapidity (|ye| < 0.8) in proton–proton (pp) collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of √s = 13 TeV. ...
