| dc.description.abstract | Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a holistic view of an organization, including the viewpoints of business, information, systems and technology. It is stated to provide significant benefits to organizations, and is therefore of interest for both academics and practitioners. However, evaluating EA, or its benefits, is difficult. Moreover, the studies on EA evaluation are mostly inconsistent, and almost omit the planning aspect of evaluation. This study suggests the evaluation components that need to be addressed in EA evaluation planning, charted by a literature review supplemented and validated by a focus group interview.
