An online survey data set for a study exploring adult participants' (n=36) experiences of using music for anxiety self-management in everyday life situations to alleviate naturally occurring anxiety. Survey contains open-ended answers, DASS21 results and background information. Verkkokyselyaineisto tutkimuksesta, jossa tarkasteltiin osallistujien (n=36) tapoja hyödyntää musiikkia ahdistuksen lievityksessä arjen tilanteissa luonnollisesti ilmenevän ahdistuksen yhteydessä. Aineisto sisältää avovastauksia, DASS21 -mittarin tulokset sekä taustamuuttujia.
